Fabulous hotel. Staff are excellent, can't do enough for you. Rooms excellent and spacious. Outside double shower. WIFI good. Location good too as in central Cartagena. Good breakfast choice and rooftop swimming pool is well appointed.

It was such a wonderful hotel. We added an extra night because we did not want to leave. The house/hotel is so beautiful. It’s perfectly decorated. Although the decor is stunning the staff is what made Casa Agua feel so special. Estella is a gifted chef who prepared delicious and creative vegan breakfasts for us each morning. Her strawberry jam, made with honey is something we already miss. Sophia, too, was so wonderful making us feel welcomed and always had a beautiful smile. The man who is a porter (I’m sorry but I can’t remember his name!) was so wonderful going above and beyond. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. The one thing that I would mention is to be cautious on the stairs, which are very slippery and very steep. I watched my partner fall on his back and another guest fall on the upper stairs by the pool. It looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Just go down with a lot of caution.

Elegant, beautifully restored boutique hotel accommodation centrally located in the historical center of Cartagena. Helpful, English-speaking manager/concierge. Rooftop pool with an exceptional view. Excellent air conditioning in the rooms. Included breakfast tasty, other meals provided also well-prepared.
