Casablanca

The hotel is very well located in the center of Cartagena. Its decoration is magical, with vegetation, doors and stairs. The rooms are spacious, very well decorated and equipped, but there are some flaws: some sockets come loose or are behind a nightstand and the plug of my bathtub allowed water to pass, but nothing very embarrassing and we sleep very well there. There are two beautiful swimming pools and a small gym with quality amenities. Just a little disappointment about breakfast: it is a table Service with little choice. It could be better with a menu clearly offering the different options (for eggs, hot drinks...) and offering more dishes like "fries tipicos" for example.

This hotel is a lovely hideaway in Cartagena. Is is central, but not in the busiest part of the old city. Beds are confy and the rooms are large and beautiful. Breakfast is served in hotel room at no extra cost. We will be back. The staff where super friendly and service minded. Just love this place!

We had a terrific experience staying at Casa Bella. The service from David (concierge) and the staff was absolutely fabulous. Whatever you needed, they were there to serve you. They really made you feel special. This boutique hotel was just beautiful. It definitely had a Tommy Bahama vibe. I also loved when the candles were lit at night in the foyer, creating a wonderful ambience. It was very quiet and relaxing. We felt completely safe in this establishment and loved that it was several blocks from the walled city's busyness. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Our room was upgraded when we arrived, which gave us plenty of room to relax. The hotel offered a simple breakfast every morning. You had a choice of scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or a simple omelet of cheese and/or ham, along with juice, coffee, toast, and fresh fruit. There is a pool on the main level and a hot tub on the roof top. We enjoyed relaxing on the lounge chairs on the rooftop with the big umbrella shading us from the intense sun. The only negative was that the other umbrellas on the rooftop were torn and not operational. We would gladly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to visit Cartagena.
