Terrible cleaning service, their items are old and broken, the restaurant has terrible service; they do not attend to you or do so reluctantly. In itself, do not lose your conversation in this place..... And to top it off, the rooms are not quiet; noise filters in from everywhere.... I did not like it.

The hotel is very nice and welcoming, when we checked in we were given a windowless room, which was a little disappointing, because from the photos I had seen, I expected a cozy room and not one that smelled moldy, as being so closed it had a lot of humidity. A girl in reception was very kind when I indicated my disgust and we were changed to one on the second floor, with window, zero complaints of the new room, met my expectations. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious, if you would add a couple more options as it was a la carte. One recommendation would be to add phones to the rooms, as when something was required you had to go to the reception.

I had a bit of trouble because the room I was handed was not as I had booked. I asked for a double bed and they wanted to give me a double room. The pool is quite small, there was a bit of buzz. It's not a bad place, it's a regular one. I'd come back but I wouldn't expect
