I traveled with my 82-year-old mother and my 21-year-old daughter, and it was an incredible vacation. The staff's attention was exceptional. Very kind and attentive, especially with my mom. Mr. Arnoldo was always willing to help with whatever we needed. The pool was clean with towel service, and the beach was just a step away from the hotel. The room was impeccable and had a beautiful ocean view. The buffet breakfast was varied, something different every day; they had soups, different kinds of bread, and the fruit was fresh and delicious. Our experience was 10/10.

Wonderful place. The best part is the warmth and kindness of all the staff. The room is pleasant, the atmosphere comfortable, and the feeling of being very safe at all times.

Comfortable facilities, friendliness of the staff. Excellent access to the beach. There is a need to improve the maintenance of the air conditioning control.
