The attention was very bad. When requesting a service, I was told they would make an exception as a favor, when in reality I was just expecting the hotel to do their duty as I am paying for a service. Breakfast was terrible, plagued by mosquitoes, and I even found cockroaches in my suitcase. It was impossible to rest due to a noisy event next to the hotel, and the next day, the hotel organized another event with unbearable noise due to the movement of chairs. We tried to find another hotel to rest, but unfortunately, there was none. There were no improvements in service or customer service. When I asked the employees about the noise, they simply told me that's what it was and they couldn't do anything about it.
