Hotel in an excellent location in the center and just 100 meters from the beach; friendly and helpful staff; we had lunch and dinner four times, everything was very good, breakfast was good, and the service from Nestor and Erik was magnificent, attentive and professional, well done!!! I always come back. I love the hotel. The location is perfect. The rooms are nice. There's just more variety missing at breakfast.

Just packing my luggage and I realized that a folding knife (a gift from my husband) was stolen from my room!! This morning a put on a swimsuit and put the knife in a plastic bag back on the top of my luggage. Luckily our money and passports were in a safe box this never!!! Happened to me in a hotel and I travel a lot!! I thought San Martin is a good place but obviously even if you put DND on the top of your door they dare to enter your room and steal anything valuable!!!! I am so furious and sad. My holiday is broken:((( and I doubt I will ever come back though found Cartagena so charming. In this hotel people know about your steps!!!, little staff and relatively small place. I am sure they saw us catching a tour in the morning so they knew we are going to be away. DO NOT GO TO STAY HERE!!!
