WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS HOTEL FOR THE FOLLOWING LOOKS: 1- VALUE FOR MONEY IS A SCAM. 2-NO ATTENTION FROM HOTEL MANAGEMENT TO GUEST PROBLEMS. 3- N0 ACCESSIBLE TO TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION. 4-POOR CONSTRUCTIVE CONDITION OF THE ROOMS (bulbs and electrical outlet without power), THEY HAVE NOT BEEN REMODELED FOR YEARS. AWKWARD BATHROOM, SMALL AND WITHOUT A PLACE TO PUT THE WET PIECES. 5- MATTRESSES AND HARD PILLOWS LIKE STONES. 6- POOR OR SUPERFICIAL CLEANING IN ROOMS, TO THE POINT OF FINDING CONDOMS AND COCKROACHES IN CABETAS. 7- BREAKFAST INCLUDED IS VERY POOR , IN A NARROW SPACE AREA AND IT CANNOT BE AGREED BUFFET, SINCE THEY HAVE DEPENDENTS TO SERVE YOU, A RATION. ALTHOUGH I DID, THE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE RECERVATION AGENCY FOR THE REFUND OF THE UNOCCUPIED DAYS, ARE TOTALLY DENIED. PITY THAT IN SUCH A PRIVILEGED PLACE, BECAUSE OF ITS CLOSENESS TO THE BEACH AND SUCH A HEALTHY INHABITANT OF LEISURE, THIS FACILITY IS LOCATED.

The family room is very good. Good location on the Rodadero 1 block from the beach. The pool is pretty good. The best is the attention of all the staff are very friendly. The bad thing is that there is no restaurant or kitchen for the day or night only serve breakfast and there are no vegetarian options for breakfast.
