Hotel San Simon

There were a lot of bad things since check In. But the one that hurt the most was the response from the Reception Manager whom knew I was Colombian living in the United States and that I worked for a Prestigiosa travel agency in Cali. When he reads this he will remember. All I can say, this is review is way to show you that you are not representing well what true Colombians are. Your staff is great but you definitely can not lead or manage anything in the hotel Industry. Needless to say, the owner of the travel agency I used to work for it is not going to recommend your hotel neither.

Stayed at Hotel San Simon in Pereira 2 nights, the service was excellent! Those who welcome you and the breakfast staff are friendly, the room is very comfortable and the breakfast exquisite. They also provide advice on what to visit, such as getting to each location, and have a good predisposition every time.

Stayed here for two nights on business. It overlooks the main (?) square with the naked Bolivar statue and the famous cathedral with wooden vaulting. Staff super nice and friendly. Little English and every aspect of the hotel is basic but spotless (apart from the windows) and nicely maintained.
