I don't know how to explain my experience at this hotel I don't know how to explain the perfect experience at this hotel majestic food stay and perfect privacy very comfortable and nice hotel comfortable mattresses very clean and practical bathrooms for elderly people the room very spacious and comfortable perfect rates and the place is very quiet just perfect

We were staying for the Shakira concert and the hotel was perfect for its strategic location near the stadium, you find everything nearby, the staff was spectacular, the breakfast very rich , highly recommended

ON DECEMBER 8, FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR, I WAS ASSIGNED TO THE SAME ROOM WITH DAMAGE TO THE SHOWER ON THE FIRST FLOOR, EVEN THOUGH I HAD REPORTED SUCH DAMAGE ON THE FIRST OCCASION AND NOTHING WAS DONE.
