Very careful this hotel is dangerous. They broke into my room, stole a German razor and $950,000 in cash, the hotel manager provides no answer or solution, it seems that they are already used to stealing from travelers. They don't check cameras and give more information. I don't know, stay in this hotel, avoid headaches. A terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The staff, although friendly, all act as if it was their first day on the job. The hallways are so dark you can barely see the keyhole in the door. First off, they are extremely stingy with toilet paper. Our traveling companions in another room experienced the same thing, barely enough paper in a dispenser for one use. They also do not provide a hand towel or sufficient soap unless you ask for it. The soap is not bar soap, but a liquid soap in a tiny packet and only two such packets were provided, thus you run out of soap well before two showers and a few hand washings. I had to use my bath towel, after drying off, as a bath mat. Although the bed was OK, the pillow was shredded foam (lumpy) and the pillowcase didn't actually fit. The TV is not flat screen and is very snowy. We left for a better hotel in an area closer to good restaurants and other attractions. This hotel is OK if you ask for more towels and toilet paper and you bring your own bar soap as the hotel price is very good. At breakfast, they are very disorganized, but the staff is friendly. Cleanliness also seems to be OK. I'm giving it only two stars because of the lack of bar soap and stinginess on providing toilet paper.
