I have been a customer of this place for a long time. My son wanted to celebrate his birthday here this year, so I made a reservation for 9 people. From the day we arrived, the experience started to be less than ideal; the check-in was traumatic, we waited 2 hours to check in. The front desk staff were very rude and arrogant. When asked for a first and last name, they only provide the first name. So if one wants to report a specific person, it becomes a lost cause because if the name is Carlos, there could be 5 Carloses, and it is clear and evident that they will not cover for their internal staff... In short, they have lost a frequent customer... possibly it won't affect their income for one dissatisfied customer, but my family and I will not return here.
