Las Brisas Resort And Villas

We booked a 3 bedroom villa through capital one travel (Expedia) which included breakfast. When we got to the resort they confirmed breakfast was included. The next morning after breakfast they gave us a bill and told us breakfast was not included because Expedia charged us a lower price than what the resort wanted. The rest of our stay we felt like we were being watched and we also found a cockroach in our room. There was also supposed to be maid service daily which they did not do.

There are too many great things to say about the staff and owners!!! Definitely the best experience I have ever had at a resort or hotel. Every employee was exceptional, from the housekeepers, to the chef, bartenders, and property manager! Spencer and Nataly (owners) made sure we had everything we needed from the first inquiry! They helped us book excursions and sent us a list of recommendations, we will definitely be back again. You all made my 40th memorable for sure!!! Thank you again!

For our first ever visit to Costa Rica, our experience at Las Brisas Resort and Villas was exceptional. The property is beautifully nestled in a quiet spot away from other hotels and the service was outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of . . . From the spacious living space to the comfortable bed to personal breakfasts every morning to valuable advise on sightseeing and other activities in the area, and so much more! The owners were so cordial and friendly; they really extended a personal level of hospitality that we have never experienced before. We celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary while there and they went out of the way to ensure that it was a memorable one. When our week had come to an end we secretly wished we could stay a few more days. We did not want it to end. The main property was undergoing renovations while we were there so those villas were not occupied. It might have been nice to have more people around but our days were spent off property enjoying the beauty of Costa Rica and its culture anyway.
