The place has all the basics for the price and is located by the sea. However, the customer service is the worst in the world; they now have a guy named Byron as the manager with zero human interaction. The hotel has a new policy that does not allow check-in before 2 PM, even if paid for, which means that one cannot wait anywhere in the hotel. On social media, they suggest that guests take a stroll into town because the hotel does not allow waiting in any chair on the premises. In other words, one can only set foot in the hotel until 2 PM if they do not want to have a bad experience. Or better yet, do not go at all. I will not return 🤣

Is the hotel super old? Yes! Is it also super cheap? Yes! You’re getting a beachfront resort with parking and a pool, which already goes a long way at this price point. The rooms are quite large (though clearly dated). The AC works well and keeps the room cool, while the Wi-Fi was much less reliable. The bathroom layout feels like it belongs to another century, and the light in ours didn’t even work, which is honestly surprising for a room that’s being rented out. Still, considering what you’re paying and the location you’re getting, it’s more than acceptable. Not luxury by any means, but a perfectly fine option if you’re looking for a budget beachfront stay.

We liked the pool area and the location, backing up on the beach was lovely. The room was good sized and were comfortable, they have 2 pools and they are good sizes and you are allowed to use until 10pm. Sadly we weren’t allowed to use the pool before check in even though I emailed to ask twice, neither of my messages were replied too, the lady on the desk told us it was too busy however there was no one at all pool once we were finally allowed to use it, all the facilities are now closed, all the bars and areas to eat and there is no fridge in the room so you can’t spend much time there as you have no access to cold drinks or water or food, so you can’t stay in the pool long as in that heat without access to drinks it’s impossible to stay for more then an hour. It felt a bit sad and tired but was prettier at night with the fairy lights and darkness !
