we start that they could not find my reservation, to solve the problem 40 minutes of waiting... just give me the room and eventually regularize in the morning. First room doesn't work the code, I go back and change my room. I go in, an incredible musty smell, bathroom see photos, sheets of both rooms smelly, so much so that I slept dressed and with the towel on the pillow. But the smell of sweat was really unpleasant.

Please do not make the same mistake I made, as a multi-family group. There is no restaurant here despite the many photos showing a bar and restaurant that you find on various websites. There is only an empty bar that now has boxes of junk stored behind it. There is no AC! You can open the windows but there are no screens, and yes there are big cockroaches here, we saw some, so you may want to keep those windows closed. There was a small safe in the room but the staff person did not know how to work it and it appeared to be broken, so it could not be used. There is no hat water, showers are cold to lukewarm every day. The "hot tub" is also only lukewarm and is turned off every day at 6pm (just when you may want to use it, if it were hot) so it has no chance to ever warm up or perhaps the heater is broken. The saunas are both broken and it doesn't to appear anyone intends to fix them. The "fully stocked kitchens" are in very poor condition and have almost nothing in them. We had to make do with two forks, a couple of bowls, 2 plates, and 2 rusty beat up pots. No spatula, coffee filters, cork screw, oven mitts, soap or sponges, paper towels - almost nothing in the kitchens. Even the bedroom did not have a lamp. The living room had one dirty beat up love seat, not enough for a multi-bedroom unit. The only thing they will provide you with is a roll of toilet paper each day. Everything else you have to buy on your own so get ready to go shopping at Walmart-Mart as soon as you get in. This is not a hotel. There is no "front desk you can call. There is one single Spanish-only speaking person on site from 7am - 7pm that is all, except for a security guard at the gate because this neighbourhood is super sketchy - almost all the homes have razor wire on high walls around them, and there are no shops or restaurants nearby. There are no tours you can book through this place, no gift shop (as my vacation provider had advertised) and really no lobby, although you are allowed to sit in the abandoned bar and restaurant if you want to Uber eats your own food. But don't expect them to provide you with a plate of forks, because they no longer have any. If you do ask for any assistance, be prepared to deal with a 20 year old receptionist who gives no Fs and can't help you - there is no one on site managing this place. This is a run down apartment building mostly used by locals who are coming into the city for work.

I only gave this place a 2 star rating because the staff was nice and tried hard to fix things. The first room they gave us was on the ground floor. The windows would not lock. The security latch on the door was bent, rendering it unusable. The second room had ants in the kitchen. Nothing to wash dishes with. One towel for 2 people. The mattress gray with black specs. The couch had stains all over it and smelled bad. Took the loss of money on the vacation package and moved to another hotel.
