Novotel Abidjan

Staying at Novotel Abidjan Plateau currently (Rm1709), still got a week more to go but judging by the pathetic customer service so far, its going to be a terrible stay! Morning breakfast very poor service, they dont even care about customers, all things run out are not replenished and when you asked them, short answer: its finished for literally everything! Been used to Accor hotels standard but I wouldn't recommend this hotel...totally disappointed!

I had a wonderful time at Novotel Plateau, Abidjan. The location was great, exquisite atmosphere, cozy and well decorated room at a great price. It was really a remarkable experience I am looking forward to coming for my next vacation. The staffs are great at what they do especially a lady worth mentioning. OHer name is Astha. She really supported my stay with a great attitude and very professional at what she does. Thanks Novotel for the wonderful experience
