Great location. Friendly host. Checked out three apartments on the third floor. The apartment has a 17th century architecture so you are taken back into time. We stayed at two apartments. The smallest one is a small room with a huge bed, tv and small table. It has no coming range our microwave. Also, it was not possible to keep the toilet lid open when using it. So, you had to hold it somehow. A fridge is available. The second room we stayed at had two rooms, the bedroom and the sitting area with a cooking range but no cooking pan or microwave. The biggest apartment that we could only view was a huge 3 bedroom apartment with a huge beautiful kitchen, with all facilities. This one is possibly suited for bigger groups our facilities. In all, we had a beautiful experience, living in old town and in a old building. I would surely recommend the biggest apartment to all. To small groups, the second apartment would be great. To stay only one night, the smallest apartment is suitable.

We booked an apartment in the old town for a short break.. We chose the location carefully.An apartment with a sea view located inside the old city was an attractive prospect. Unfortunately, the owner did not actually have an apartment in the old town for the dates she offered, least of all one with a sea view! She did have an apartment outside the city and she waited til we arrived in the city to tell us the truth. We were then faced with finding a completely different apartment, using some of our precious holiday time to do so. How this owner gets bookings is essentially dishonest:She uses the central location to recruit clients for her two properties, one inside and one outside the city. Her strategy is dishonest and misleading. She advertises apartments in the old town of Dubrovnik and states that these have a sea view. No such apartments exist! The truth is that she has three apartments in the old town with no sea views. This is the location she shows on the map. She also owns 3 apartments outside the city which do have sea views. She takes bookings from customeŕs who think they are booking the old town apartments. When you arrive, she tells you that you will not be staying in the city but at her other property. Obviously, some guests go along with this so she carries on with her dishonest strategy!

We were so much looking forward to our stay in Dubrovnik old town but we also knew that medieval cities can be quite congested. We were therefore very happy when the owner contacted us a couple of days ahead of our stay with an offer to pick us up at a separate address and help us park our car and get our things to the apartment inside the city walls. When we arrived she was nowhere to been seen. We waited, we phoned, we emailed, and we texted (SMS), but no response. In the end we had to give up and find parking quite far and expensive from the old city and make our way to the apartment with all our equipment and three children by ourselves. Otherwise I concur with the rest of the reviews that this is a fantastic location and a great apartment, but it seems that the rendezvous arrangement cannot always be trusted.
