The owners were incredibly welcoming, making our stay feel instantly comfortable and offering us a welcome drink on arrival. The apartment itself is modern and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Fresh linens were provided regularly, and clean. But the real highlight? The balcony. The view of the Adriatic Sea is simply breathtaking. Mornings were spent sipping coffee and enjoying breakfast with stunning vistas, while evenings were reserved for relaxed card games and drinks under the stars.
While we rented a car, Ubers were also readily available and reasonably priced, making trips to Dubrovnik's old town, Lapad, and Cavtat a breeze. We found we opted for the Uber more often due to parking being difficult every time we ventured. However parking at the apartment was easily available.
Plus, its location is perfect for exploring. We easily ventured into Montenegro By car. Several beaches are nearby, with Plat beach being a particularly peaceful option. (Not much on it, just so peaceful and you can see it from the balcony to your left. Just be aware that the area has quite a few hills and steps.
The pool was a nice bonus – clean, tidy, and the perfect temperature for a quick dip, even though we only used it a couple of times.
