Booked this hotel through hotel.com last year. Neither business told me they were shut - even though had paid them!! When I eventually found out the day before I was due to go there they had the temerity to say they wouldn't charge me for cancellation. I didn't cancel, you shut and kept my money and didn't tell me. Strongly suggest nobody stays here if they do reopen if this is the way they treat people

Dilapidated hotel, the rooms are poorly insulated so there is a lot of noise from the neighborhood. Breakfast is barely acceptable, with stale fruit and pastries. The location close to the port and bus lines is good. One night is enough.

When asked about a fridge in the room I was told "all rooms have it but most are not functioning". As part of an organized bike and hike trip we ended up at this hotel on our way out of Croatia. Broken plugs, malfunctioning showers, mediocre breakfast. The only thing this hotel has for it is the location, on the harbor, next to where all the day cruised dock. I would never book this hotel again unless under new and improved management.
