This is a spectacular hotel in an extraordinary setting, serving exceptional food and offering beautiful accommodation. The views from every window are spectacular. We had a gorgeous holiday and enjoyed being in the hotel. But at this price point, the basics matter. I expect friendly, engaged service and a bartender who can make an excellent cocktail - not a watery drink that vaguely tastes like the desired cocktail with too much ice and hardly any alchohol . I want breakfast waiting team to remember us day to day and smile when we arrive. In short I want to feel special and looked after. Sadly the Grand Park misses the mark on this aspect. Those may sound like small things, but together they shape the entire experience. It’s a real shame because with just a few improvements, this hotel could be truly world-class.

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj is truly one of the top hotels in Croatia. The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking view over the marina and the beautiful old town of Rovinj. The staff are exceptional – professional, friendly and always ready to help. The food is excellent, with a very high standard of dining throughout the hotel. Another big advantage, especially if you are travelling by car, is the spacious underground parking, which makes arrival and departure very comfortable. Beautiful design, excellent service, great food and one of the best views in Rovinj. A truly five-star experience and definitely a hotel I would be happy to return to.
