Disappointing stay – price and performance are out of proportion We spent our vacation at the campsite and are unfortunately very disappointed. For the exorbitant, completely exaggerated prices, far too little is offered here, unfortunately. Here are the points that bothered us massively: Pitch frustration & "battery farming": We booked a pitch with a stated size of 90 sqm. In the end, we received just barely 50 sqm. Due to the extreme crampedness, you feel like you are in battery farming at times. Blocked "ocean view": Our actually beautiful ocean view was completely blocked by a caravan and a motorhome parked right next to it. And this, even though according to the site rules, only one of the two should actually be allowed to stand on the neighboring pitch. Apparently, there is no monitoring or enforcement here. Arbitrariness at the dog beach: We travel with dogs and consciously use the designated dog areas. After we had rented a sun umbrella and loungers for a lot of money, the staff suddenly wanted to forbid us from letting the dogs into the water. Only when we pointed out the official sign to the staff were the dogs suddenly allowed into the water after all. Nobody really needs such unnecessary discussions on vacation. Conclusion: A lot of money for very little space and poor service. Anyone looking for relaxation, privacy, and fair treatment should rather look for an alternative.

The campsite is overall in fair condition, but unfortunately our experience was severely compromised by the management of our arrival and the assignment of the pitch. We had booked and paid for a sea-view pitch, but we were assigned a location just a few meters from the bar and directly on the main access road to the beach. The pitch was therefore devoid of any privacy and constantly exposed to the passage of people. When we reported the problem to the reception, we were told that it was not possible to move us immediately and we were advised to stay there, being reassured that there would be no particular inconveniences. Unfortunately, the reality was different: at 6 in the morning we were awakened by a truck making deliveries to the bar, unloading glass and ice cream, with noises that were decidedly incompatible with a relaxing vacation. What left me most perplexed was the feeling that, seeing a young couple, the staff underestimated the expectations and importance of the customer, assigning an unappealing pitch without particular attention. It is a dynamic that unfortunately can still be seen in many facilities. Only the next day, after further requests from me, were we able to obtain a move. The new pitch was in the third row, so no longer a sea view as initially booked, and was positioned along an internal road, not offering the level of tranquility we expected. I will not dwell on the economic aspect or any discounts, because that is not the point. What matters is the quality of the experience offered to the guest. I particularly regret writing this review because the campsite had been recommended to us and we had very high expectations. However, considering the price requested and the level that a four-star facility should guarantee, I do not feel I can recommend it. Personally, I would suggest, for the same budget, to consider facilities on Lake Garda, where high quality standards are often found, greater attention to the guest, and an organization aimed at ensuring tranquility, order, and a vacation experience truly up to expectations.

Come here for about 20 years. The mobile homes are always clean and nice, the campsite / complex very tidy and wonderful to walk through. Especially pleasant and courteous is the staff on site, such as the concierge Zohran, who will pick you up from the parking lot with his cart and charm. You get picked up and feel picked up. Thanks to the team on site!
