Laguna Molindrio Hotel

A very good hotel. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, you can hear the chirping of cicadas. The rooms are spacious and clean (cleaned daily), equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and centrally controlled air conditioning. The balcony overlooks the bay and part of the Adriatic Sea. The hotel has two outdoor pools with free sunbeds and towels, which are exchanged for cards provided at check-in (the cards are returned to guests after returning the towels). The food is very good and varied, so everyone will find something to their liking. There was fish every day, which my wife really enjoyed, but during our stay, there were no fries, which my daughter wasn't too keen on. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I recommend it 😊

We stayed here two years ago. The hotel is located by the sea, a bit outside the center of Poreč, where there is a complex of different hotels of various categories. Overall, the structure met my needs. I chose an economy room, aware that it was small and had a garden view, but it had everything I needed. The pool is very nice, with sun loungers and umbrellas, and beach towels available for guests. Also, on the beach, the sunbeds are free, and you can find hammocks in the park below the hotel. The hotel also has a small gym, wellness center, and kids' club. We took advantage of the half board. The service is buffet style with drinks included, but I cannot say it was of excellent quality (certainly not for a four-star). However, we ate. To enjoy a slightly more beautiful sea, a short walk in the pine forest (5-10 minutes on foot) is recommended, as there is a water ski facility in front. In the evening, the entertainment was not the best. For us, the right place for a long weekend. For us, the right place.

I’ve been here six nights now and I don’t know how long they have been under the Melia hotel brand but I must say that there’s nothing I would change. The staff are very friendly and efficient and seem to be very to be working there. All the usual grumbling points are covered, the hotel is scrupulously clean the food is excellent and the rooms are of a good size. There are three ways to get into Porec, public transport, land train and water taxi. If like me you have car hire during your stay the hotel is well positioned to explore most of the resorts in the north of Croatia. On this occasion I have been here on my own but I cannot wait to bring my good lady as soon as possible. Well done everyone.
