Hotel Grabovac

Very Good Welcoming. There are obviously two parts in the hotel, more or less recent. We were housed in the original building, behind the Welcoming and against the restaurant room, so a little noisy (room 4). Average soundproofing of rooms, but comfortable bedding and spacious room for standard rooms.

Room was spacious and clean. We had 2 rooms. One with 2 single beds, the other with 3 single beds.Bed linens were on par with a 4 or 5 star hotel. Towels provided were also of good size and quality. Shower was small but water pressure was amazing. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We did the upper lakes on our first day and they stamped our tickets for FREE entrance to the park the next day. Breakfast included with room had a good selection and was tasty. The only negative is that there is no elevator so you will have to bring your luggage up several stairs to your room. Parking for our car was free and they provide FREE shuttle rides to the park if you do not have a car. I would positively stay here again. Room prices were fair and a good value!

The hotel is simple but nice and functional if you are planning to visit the Plitvice park. They offer very good packages including half board, entrance tickets for the park and free shuttle to and from the park ( btw the parking is very expensive!) Rooms are small but well equipped and the internal restaurant offers good and varied breakfast as well as dinners with local specialties.
