Hotel Astoria by OHM Group

Hotel nice, waiter does not go in at the request of the guests. It was not possible to get a glass of water outside of meal times. A glass of water from the tap!!! Answer: I can't do that if I have to sell it. The staff here are not particularly friendly at all, they lack completely cosmopolitanism and charm.

The hotel does not live up to the 4 stars. Location is top, breakfast as well. Rooms okay, staff are friendly, provided you find them and dinner offers wrnig variety. Would pass as a good three-star hotel, but with a four-star hotel, my expectations are a little higher.

They did not have a free parking space as promised when booking. The elevator broke down twice, we stayed on the 6th floor. The staff did not offer to carry the suitcases. At breakfast, the staff loaded the bread with their hands, before they carried dirty dishes. Very loud ventilation that disturbs sleep.
