Staff first of all Thanks to … Massimo, Marina, Alan, The lady of the Rooms ( 544 ) Cleanliness of the common areas, Gardens, swimming pools, wellness center all TOP. Very rich and satisfying buffet breakfast ( as on all the islands water costs more than Beer ….!!! ) DRINK BEER…!!!! Anyway :-))) we had a GREAT time. THANKS SEE YOU SOON … God willing.!!! We were here for 6 days and felt very comfortable, even though it is a very large hotel with about 1200 beds. Since we were here in the off-season, the occupancy was correspondingly relaxed. The suites are fantastic and absolutely recommendable. The staff is friendly and helpful in every area. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, as does the catering.

Prices on the tennis court are way too expensive. Tea costs 3.50€ and an espresso macchiato 2.80€. For a sports coffee, chairs without upholstery, service rarely comes to the terrace, the drinks you have to get yourself, that is already outrageously expensive.
