Luxury Hotel Amabilis

Truly luxurious, well-run hotel, with friendly staff. We highly recommend the suite for its size, comfort, cleanliness and luxury. You will truly love the views. We used the pool, saunas and above all the great kitchen

We stayed for 11 nights at Amabilis. The room was newly renovated, sufficiently spacious and clean. Due to the location directly on the shore you can enjoy a direct view of the sea. The breakfast was not very versatile and not very varied. The Service at breakfast should have been more attentive - you sometimes had to wait a long time before you could order a coffee. The food in the restaurant was very good but expensive. And now, unfortunately, comes the great disappointment that destroyed the impression of the entire stay. On the billing we were charged a dinner with € 165.00, which we did not have. On request (unfortunately only after our departure) receipts were presented to us. A different signature can be clearly seen on the document in question. We even sent photos of the evening at another restaurant. Nevertheless, it was claimed that one of the waiters was sure to have served us that evening. It can happen that the room number is confused, but then you should also be so fair and correct this. We had thought about booking the hotel again. However, this has been resolved by the incident.

The breakfast is very small, acceptable in a 3-star hotel, but not in a 5-star hotel. Saunas are too small, working on request. You have to pay for sup-s, rather lot, which is unacceptable in an expensive hotel like this one. It is difficult to get in the sea, no ladder.
