Great hotel with amazing facilities and great beach access as well as views. The restaurant is also very good offering both great lunch and dinner options. The hotel staff are also very helpful and friendly

My wife and I stayed at the hotel Eden in July 26 for a week, all inclusive. The food was fantastic, the service was great with friendly staff and it was extremely clean. Overall, great value and recommended. It was especially great to watch the sunset during dinner each night. Be sure to take boat pumps though as the beach is rocky.!

I think I half finished an earlier review which was accidentally posted before I had finished. As I was saying this is a nice small hotel above the beach in Podstrana. It is beside a park on one side and the costal strip on the other The staff are universally friendly, helpful and all round fabulous! The rooms are clean and well appointed, although a bottle of water would have been nice and there is an empty fridge saying do not put anything in here which was puzzling. The swimming pool was spotlessly clean and blissfully cool. It isn’t shallow anywhere so not suitable for young children who can’t swim. Big rubber rings and a blow up orca whale for those who enjoy splashing about. The sunbeds are in an odd place beside a strip of artificial grass which gets super hot. They are crammed together and ideally should be spaced out across the area. Also they are very popular and not enough to go round when the hotel is busy, as it is now. Steps go down to the beach path which stretches in either direction with lots of locals swimming there. To the left is the Meridian hotel with a fabulous ice cream parlour and Italian Restaurant right by the marina. 5 mins walk. To the right are a couple of local bars and pizza stops plus a few sun beds to rent but vey narrow strip of sand. Sunshade and two beds €40 a day. Breakfast was plentiful and served with a smile. The main problem for those who wish to visit Split etc are the traffic jams into town. It can take over an hour each way and in the heat it wasn’t pleasant. . We stayed here as it said it was only 10 minutes away and we wanted to sightsee. That was our only disappointment and not the hotel’s fault. There is no other road for drivers to use and this coastline is very popular in the summer
