Nice hotel and amazing staff. Paolo is great manager. Very accessible parking. Rooms are clean and tidy. Check in was fast and efficient. I liked the view from my room. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Coffee is great quality. Loved how everything is easy and fast

We were part of big wedding there and I have to say they won the first place in the worst wedding food ever. And I've been at lot of weddings! Since it's a part of hotel, I was really looking forward to their menu. The only good thing that evening was the mushroom soup. When people asked for more of that soup they served it mixed with a beef soup. The rest of the food was really bad, below standards. The service was in the bad mood for entire evening, some of them swearing and talking like this is their second job. They completely got lost when it was the cake time. Took them forever to bring the cakes (and half of the guests already went home because it was way too late) and the rest who stayed have been told not to touch the cakes until they serve everything on the special table. At that point most of the guests went home. I don't know if that was wedding's couple fault but I'm pretty sure that hotel staff need to be prepared for these kind of chaotic situations. For the ones who plan a wedding dinner there - avoid!

As part of a tour group we stayed here. It seems tour companies use this hotel to reduce costs. It is a long way from Split in what looks like an industrial area. I wrote in my diary because it is so isolated you are effectively trapped at the hotel. As far as the room is concerned there is a bath in the bathroom but no soap was provided. The bathroom was relatively clean. There is no tea or coffee in the room. There is no bottled water provided. The room was dated but ok. We had very little interaction with hotel staff. Dinner was Buffett for the tour groups. It was average. The meat was not hot in fact quite cold. Things like fries and chicken nuggets hot enough. The Spaghetti Bolognese and the selection of cakes were ok. This hotel is too far from Split to be an attractive proposition for independent travellers. It is an average hotel for those travelling as a tour group. The hotel does not provide any added value for guests that we could discern.
