Youth Dujam Hostel

I stayed at this hotel on Sept 7th, 2019; stopping by from a long trip from Germany. I was surprised how friendly and amicable the staff was; the guy on the third shift and the young lady on the first shift. The third shift host guy made us feel at home and he was very polite, very nice and very thoughtful. He order pizza for us, helped us find a parking spot which is very very difficult in Split. Don't mistake to think its a luxurious hotel. The hotel is one of the cheapest in Split so, it was good value for the money! The breakfast was really good too.

The drinks were terrible and the straff was rude and basically ignored us... stay away! Expensive as well. The mojito did not taste as it should and the aperol tastes like norhing. I do not recommend to try this place. I also heard from some friends that they had the same experience.

Our room was not clean and the sheets had holes in them. Breakfast was only okay. Service was average. The shower stall needed a good clean. The decor was very dated. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to the old city and not worth the money.
