We're back, and what should we say? It almost feels like we've never been away. Two weeks of relaxation, sunshine and really good food, all right on the dreamlike Adriatic Sea.
The whole team in the hotel and restaurant is simply top. Incredibly hardworking, attentive and always friendly and warm. Whether at breakfast, at the reception or at dinner, everyone has a smile on their lips, even when it is full. This is real hospitality.
And then the food at Fado. Every evening a new explosion of taste – freshly caught, homemade, served with love and so good that you wonder for a second whether you could move secretly into the kitchen. The chef deserves a medal or at least applause when serving.
The hotel itself is a real feel-good place. Perfect for switching off, no noise, no hustle and bustle, just sea noise, good food and the feeling of being in exactly the right place.
Conclusion: If you don't relax here, it's your own fault. Hotel Saudade and Restaurant Fado? Very clear recommendation with asterisk and holiday heart!
