Villa Jadran Hotel

Awful night in this dirty moldy apartment block. Manager arrived drunk and didn't seem to know where to put us. Rooms were dirty with crumbs and hair throughout. Sheets were stained and damp, the place hadn't been opened up and freshened since the previous season by the feel of it. Heating not working. Wifi not working. Had a terrible cold nights sleep. We were due to stay 2 nights but left early after 1st night. Avoid at all costs

Room was very clean, small apartment, well kitchen area with kettle, shower and toilet. Views from the balcony really lovely. No one at reception, in the toilet!, bed was comfy but we could not get any hot water, despite trying the switch both ways and waiting 20 minutes each time. we could not open the door to the balcony in the morning, and having told receptionist we would be leaving very early, no one to check us out, would not accept payment by credit card of koruna, only wanted euros, which we did not have. Planes pretty noisy til midnight,. Not the best stay in Croatia.

Just returned from 3 enjoyable days at this accommodation. Family welcoming and very helpful. Room clean, plenty of hot water and bed and linen excellent quality. Had breakfast for 7 euros, good value. Perfect location, beach and old town nearby and fantastic views. I would highly recommend this place.
