there is no hot water!!!!!!!! It's very unpleasant and there's no plan to fix the situation, they don't care. I come back and was a great experience again. I recommend this Hotel, is one of the best in the place and the employees are very helpful and friendly. This hotel is a nice place to go with family and friends.

Was a great experience! It’s one of the best hotels in Cuba, they have a friendly service and the manger Jose D. Sardina was so professional with the service. Probably when I come back to Cuba I reserve in this hotel again!
