Be Live Havana City Copacabana

Most of the staff is rude, with unpleasant expressions and manners. Being Mexican, the treatment is different for us. The food lacks variety, the dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are dirty, and the most unpleasant part was that a cockroach came out in the coffee. When I mentioned it to the cook, she told a waitress, who mockingly said it was delicious. One day, they did not clean our room, and on the days they did, it was evident that they did not even use a cloth. Very bad experience. Not to mention that our reservation was for MarAzul, which closed on the day we arrived, and without prior notice, they sent us to this hotel, but it is a very bad experience.

Very beautiful and affordable 3-star hotel in Cuba! Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, nice pool and good food all day. I spent 12 wonderful days and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful and relaxed holiday without excessive luxuries. 😊
