Melia Habana

I spent two nights from Saturday to Monday (7/18-20), and the truth is I found it very good. I was able to enjoy all the included benefits of the Meliá Rewards loyalty program, with early check-in and late check-out, and the welcome drink. If you are looking for an ideal place to rest, this is the one, as it has a very good energy backup system, it is automatic. I went with my children who loved it, they have lagoons with very beautiful fish that entertain the children. As a benefit of the place where it is located and which for me was decisive in booking it, is that it has the National Aquarium with the Festival Pa' Cuba just a few blocks away, and you can walk there. To my joy I found my English professor Orlando from the university, who was very cordial and always very concerned about the well-being of the guests. The room was clean, the TV channels could be seen well and the signal did not drop, they restock you with towels and whatever you need. The Wi-Fi connection is great. I managed to reach up to 42 Mbps connection, something never seen in any of the hotels I have been to or anywhere in Cuba. This has been the place with the best Wi-Fi connection speed. I give it 4 stars because the pool really needs renovation, and I hope that the renovation being done on the top floors soon reaches the pool as well.

This is a hotel worth visiting and spending a pleasant stay at; the facilities are impeccable, the restaurants offer five-star service, the maids leave the rooms sparkling, and all the staff provide attentive service at the reception. The treatment is incredible; they make you feel like family all the time. Amparo at the reception was very attentive, always aware of all our needs, and with a smile, she was always ready to ensure we had a great stay. I would definitely return to this hotel; thank you for the five-star service.

Excellent experience at The Level in the Melia Habana Hotel. Very professional and warm treatment at the same time. Quality service. I also enjoyed the original dishes at the La Bella Cubana restaurant, the massage services, and the relaxed atmosphere of the pool. I will repeat soon!
