Very good service, the food and drinks were very good, the rooms had a beautiful view with a very nice space, and the internet was very fast as well for those who like and seek a place with fast internet. Overall, a very good hotel to come with family and friends.

Last night, like so many times before, I prepared to enjoy the Drag Queen Show that takes place on your beautiful Pool Terrace. To our surprise, and by decision, I imagine, of the Gaviota Commercial House, they changed their Drink and Liquor Menu for this area of the Hotel at noon, according to the criteria heard. To the astonishment of those of us who were there, the change made does not favor the attraction to the place, which we know should not take our opinion into account, since the Hotel, despite being the only city hotel aimed at the LGBT community, is just pure bureaucratic and political formalism because we are not given the due importance or attention directed to this social sector. For the regular customers of the place, the high price of the menu would detract from the Hotel's income level due to the high prices of their offerings. For example: Domestic Beer $1500 Imported Beer $1000 Tea $500 Espresso Coffee $1000. Well, of those of us who attended, no one decided to stay; it is impossible with those prices. It is fine that they do not charge a cover, but please, they cannot seek income and efficiency with such an outrage, as we all know about the commercial crisis that Gaviota is going through. In the end, you are the ones who will lose your income level in CUP and, of course, the influx of customers to the place, which we had already made our way to, even when the service, offerings, and even technical and comfort conditions for the performance are not ideal; but that would be a different matter, as the saying goes. I logically expect that there will be no response to my opinion and much less reconsideration of modifications to your Price Menu. We lose a space with a wonderful view of the ruins of Havana. You lose a few customers but a lot, a tremendous amount of favorable acceptance for a Hotel that also contributes to the ruins of my Real and Wonderful Havana.

I love this place, and now with various cocktail offers, the experience in the patio was incredible, the service from the attendant was excellent.
