Because it was a majestic stay no complaints, all fantastic, I recommend it 100 percent I will return in April

This hotel is very run down. It looks nothing like the pics in these photos. The food they served was horrible!! The y never had plates or cups. They had a few coffee mugs and if werent luck enough to get one they served hot coffee in a wine glass or one day they gave my husband his coffee in a soup bowl?!!!! And the staff were very rude. They were always on their phones and gave terrible service. There was an older guy at the front desk that had thinning hair that was extremely ignorant. He should not have been dealing with customers. Save your money and dont bother staying in this dump. Also it said they have a kids club which is one of the reasons i picked this place...they did not have one.... Even though i asked before booking.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel, we love it here. Very clean hotel and very nice employees. Certainly since the pandemic, food is missing in some places but there are several very good restaurants, such as La Sangria which is very close to the hotel and which is done on foot and further away there is even an Asian restaurant, however you will have to take a taxi or carriage which costs 5.00 CDN. Really looking forward to going back.
