Melia Las Dunas All Inclusive

Disappointed with this hotel which has a magnificent structure and unbeatable location, but terribly poorly managed. Added to the difficulties the country is going through, the experience was very bad. Rooms with ants and COCKROACHES, even if you mention it they tell you q in the hotel so you get used to it. No hot water for showering. 'ALL' restaurants they claim to own are CLOSED. If they have ice cream, they don't have spoons, when there are spoons, there is no ice cream. Tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts very well, but no balls or rackets. They don’t open the baby club directly, nor the sport club. In the gym only one walking machine works. They have fallen into a state of neglect, I think beyond the political situation they are going through, it is lack of direction to employees who do what they can with what little they have. Shame that the chain offers such deplorable services

All OK, the limitations are due to the situation of the country. Facilities in good condition. Variety of food. Friendly and willing staff Only the entrance staff did not behave as they should accompany us to the room and the hotel is very large, walk too much to find the same. I am not demanding, I can carry the luggage myself but if necessary you will be escorted to the room

My trip was wonderful there was great variety of food and drinks in the points and bars of the facility. The staff very attentive, bold focused on service and giving their best. Lobby running 24 hours and with various night activities. Summing up my trip was wonderful I recommend it to everyone.
