Napa Mermaid (Executive)

The hotel itself is really great: modern, clean, and visually very beautiful. Unfortunately, that is all there is to it. For families, this hotel is an absolute disappointment, as there is simply no atmosphere here. It is brutally boring both during the day and in the evening. There is no entertainment, no daytime activities, no shows, and not the slightest bit of amusement or evening program. The property radiates no life at all. Anyone traveling with children who is looking for even a little bit of action, entertainment, or vacation atmosphere is definitely at the wrong address here. We would not come again as a family.

Breakfast is excellent 👍 very delicious and diverse. The pool is great and so are the loungers! It's a pity that there are no fixed loungers by the sea! The pool bar is also perfect. The location is excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the room service regarding the exchange of bath towels.

A beautiful hotel with very pleasant staff who find solutions to our inquiries. The half-board is very reasonable. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. The beach is 100 meters just across the street, it's perfect.
