Adelais Bay

The location is perfect, the supermarkets are near the hotel, it doesn’t feel like 3 star hotel it’s worth 4! The beach is near the hotel, the buses go to two different so you can explore by yourself the city. The atmosphere fells relaxing the pool is really big and relaxing. The rooms are really clean, and the cleaning lady gives the best service - cleans the floor changes the towels and bedsheets just perfect. Value is perfect - every cent is worth it the food the everything perfect! Noise level is warm and comforting it’s really relaxing and queit the kids are queit and have other small pool to play. Atmosphere is relaxing and queit overall this hotel is really fun and friendly must need to visit! The bars are really good and know how to make the coctails!

We had a great holiday. The hotel has a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally clean. We were impressed with how comfortable the beds/ pillows were. The pool was comfortable temperature. The staff were fantastic-so friendly and helpful. Louis the manager was very friendly and cares about the customer experience. He spoke with people daily and asked for feedback. The reception staff were excellent especially Varara. The bar staff were always happy to help, chat and made fabulous cocktails. The food was lovely, there was something different everyday and Anastasia and Naveed were always there to help us. We had a problem with transfers as our flight had been changed we were given a room to use for the last day as we leaving late. The staff were so helpful and caring. It’s a great location as it’s quiet but you can get a bus into Protaras or Aiya Napa for €2 where there are bars, restaurants and beautiful beaches. It’s an older hotel but excellent value for money. I would say it’s more for adults to relax as there’s not much for children to do. We will definitely return. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a lovely experience.

Incredible experience! We booked a room at this hotel and had an excellent stay. The location was perfect, our room and all the common areas were always spotless, and the buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The staff made us feel at home throughout our stay with their kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. We will definitely be back!
