ARKIN PALM BEACH HOTEL

Arkın Palm Beach Hotel is a truly successful hotel in terms of cleanliness, food quality, and overall service standards. However, the most annoying thing about our stay was being constantly asked for our room number in almost every area. Having to repeatedly say your room number when getting a towel, changing towels, entering the sauna, and in the restaurant becomes quite annoying after a while. However, this problem could easily be solved with a simple wristband system for guests. Another important issue is the staff's approach to guests. I think the staff should be more friendly, attentive, and communicate in a way that makes guests feel comfortable. When you make a request, you shouldn't make it seem like you're putting the employee in a difficult position. While this lovely hotel is very clean and offers high-quality food and drinks, I believe it needs to improve its staff training and guest communication. Taking these feedbacks into account will significantly improve the hotel's service quality.

We are currently at the hotel, it's quiet, clean, the beach is beautiful, it's on the border with Varosha (covered city), there are two public beaches in Varosha for swimming, we preferred one, the sand and sea are wonderful, the hotel's breakfast and dinner menus are very good, the food and everything is very delicious. It's quite far from the center, but the old town is within walking distance, you can go there in the evening.

We were very pleased with our stay 🌸 Overall, the hotel was very clean, and the rooms were tidy and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly, we felt comfortable. The location was also very good. We found them to be particularly successful in terms of hygiene. It was a great experience that we would choose again, thank you to everyone involved 😊
