Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful service, clean pools and continental breakfast very good, great barman carlas , rooms need updating but apart from that it is a great place to stay. Lots of beautiful cats and they are all looked after😘 Not at all feral, so if you’re a cat lover this is the place to stay. Going back next year , see you soon .

After reading some of the reviews we weren't sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival (about 11pm) we were greeted by Simon who made us feel at ease instantly and throughout our stay. We sat and had a couple of drinks by the pool and let the hustle and bustle of the journey slip away. At breakfast everyone was always smiling and helpful. Marcus who also works at the seafront bar was always there with a smile and a joke. Ok so the rooms are a little tired and dated but let's be honest, you're only in there to sleep. It was lovely to sit on the balcony watching the world go by with a morning coffee and in the evening something a little stronger. It's within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and a short bus ride from the town. It's the friendly staff who put the icing on the cake here, from Housekeeping (who always had a cheery greeting) upwards. When we return to Lapta, and we certainly will, we will return to this hotel.

The hotel could do with some TLC but was well worth the cost. We were not happy with our room but it was changed and was OK. The staff were very good, friendly and helpfull. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, with pancakes and omellets cooked to order, on the beach the pool and bar is nice and is reached safeley by a tunnel under the road.
