Hello, we went to the casino, the waiters were strange. I know I waited for an hour for a cup of tea. At night, they handed out something like a bagel. I was playing a game while they were cleaning the machines. I wrapped the bagel in front of me and put it on top of my bag – not inside, mind you. The waiter yelled at me in front of everyone, "You can't take that, it's on top of the bag, you can't put it there!" I was so embarrassed I didn't know what to do. I threw it in the trash. We never used their casino again. Not even a manager told the waiter to shut up.

The staff were very attentive and dedicated to their work; we especially thank the hotel management for their staff selection. Ms. İrmak's conversation and attentiveness particularly won us over, and she was one of the staff members who made us want to come back again. Thank you.
