The rooms are really clean and functional, I would definitely recommend them.

Arrived expected cheap and cheerful, which is exactly what we got, the family are really nice an amenable, room was clean+ but dated WiFi in room, hit and miss phones and Alexa struggling with connection, no HDMI on TV couldn't connect TV box. Good fridge, kitchen sink. Didn't see any sky sports in pool bar but didn't really expect any with just 3 guests in hotel, not there fault neither was the hotel nextdoor amazing trance music 🎶🎵 day n night then 4 am most horrendous noise from a motorcycle, obviously no exhaust attached. Bad side from hotel we was told we couldn't use pool bar the last night because of a private party, bar bill was only 200 tl might have omitted this comment if got waved.

The bad. This place is tired and on first look, we were a little let down, it was not what we had expected. The beach has been monopolised by the exclusive and characterless hotel next door so access is through the resort and will cost you 100 TL to enter. When I saw the pictures of the beach area I thought that we had booked there! The photos on trip advisor and booking.com are misleading. We had booked last minute and had paid for one twin and one supposed twin plus 1 (sleeps 3). the only difference was a single seater couch which pulls out to a bed. We paid significantly more for this room even though we only needed 2 twin rooms. Adding a couch does not make it a triple room. One of the rooms stunk of cigarettes as well, which was quite bad. Next door is a bit loud, however we all slept incredibly well so was no bother. The good. The family that run this business are very friendly and make you feel incredibly welcome. The pool / bar / patio area is lovely and we regularly had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed it and the freedom to play as if it was our own (at our own risk). The breakfast is exquisite. It consist of eggs laid by hens on the property and fruits which are grown on the property, home made jams and conserves, meats and cheeses. An absolute feast and a highlight of our short trip. Summary. This place is simple. On first glance I was ready to write it off, I would have been wrong to have done so and in a lot of ways it was not the holiday I thought I wanted but ended up being the one we needed. We had some great family time and used this as a good base to explore up the coast.
