Sea N Lake View Hotel Apts

What a fabulous hidden gem in Larnaca right near the beach, this superb family run hotel exceeded our expectations, with a quirky layout and colourful window frames and a lovely central swimming pool and bar. The hosts Vas and Michael were extremely friendly and welcoming and could nit do enough to make our stay fabulous, the food served was delicious and plentiful with very reasonable prices for food and drinks, the whole place had a very friendly atmosphere and we would definitely stay here again.

It is a real family business with heart and soul, where even little Dorotheos helps to keep the other children busy and entertained by the pool. Dora, Sasoulla and Michael are very concerned about the well-being of their guests and always have an open ear for questions from guests and give tips for excursions etc. It's like being in a big family and so you meet not only during the day but also in the evening around the pool. There is plenty of free parking around the property. Each room has its own balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with everything you usually need and if something is really missing, you can borrow it. The bus stop of the airport line is just around the corner, it couldn't get better! McKenzie Beach's wonderful beach is within walking distance in a few minutes - awesome! The place is a real paradise and Cypriots are happy to welcome visitors, quite unlike the residents of the Canary Islands who are constantly protesting against the tourists!

We received a warm welcome and personally shown to room which was very spacious. Living area separate from bedroom. Bathroom clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 ring hob. Furniture perhaps dated adds to the charm. No air conditioning in communal areas but there is air-conditioning at extra cost for your room. The safety deposit boxes are at reception for no extra cost. With the airport so close noise from planes can to noisy along with the music from nightclubs on Friday and Saturday nights depending on what side of building your room is. Being amongst residential properties we were also woken early some mornings by bin men. The hotel is kept very clean. Towels and bedding changed regularly and beds very comfortable. We would recommend these apartments for value for money and if we decided to visit Larnaca again we would stay here again.
