BEST WESTERN HOTEL VISTA

Rooms clean but very cold and really wet. Outside temperature 7 degrees, asked help at the desktop but no solution and no possibility to have electric stove. Very far from Best Western standard.

I used this place for a long business trip of about 10 days. The bar was closed at 10pm for a short time, so when I came home late from work, I often couldn't use it. The room is normal. Keys are complex and take time to get used to There are only two elevators in operation, and there are many waiting times. There aren't many restaurants around the hotel. You have to order something by delivery. Breakfast is so great. Everything is there and the quality is good.

Rooms: Bed medium solid / bathroom okay / windows can be opened, no fly gauze Parking: in front of the house with barrier (100 CZK a day) Breakfast: very extensive, had rarely experienced such a large offer in food and drinks. Restaurant: on my visit there was the food in the reduced menu bar. But even that was very pleasant and tasty. Wi-Fi: very good Staff: very friendly and helpful, the bartender also speaks German Location / tranquility: the environment (blocks of houses) is irritating at first, but it is a pleasantly quiet location. Conclusion: I had to change my booking to this hotel at very short notice as I was in the middle of the storm in the Czech Republic and my actual hotel was no longer accessible. Despite everything, the Booking Referral was already in the system and everything went smoothly. You should not be put off by the surroundings, inside the hotel is very good. I highly recommend it.
