Rooms big beds very small no air con so extremely hot and stuffy it was clean and staff good breakfast was very average. Noisy rooms U can hear people in rooms next door even if they whisper it's budget it's also close to City square by walking or tram number 4

Great value for money... sufficient breakfast... clean room and bathroom... there was the whirlpool bath... ideal hotel for a stay of 3/4 days...

I booked a double room. According to description 20sqm , garden view, beautiful photos . I received a storage room under the roof. Max 12sqm. 2 Small sofa beds . As mattress a wooden board . ( Which was broken by one of the sofas ) Due to the small room size, the two sofas are one behind the other. The window is actually accessed by a small staircase and affords views of the street. I have not booked anything like this and I have never experienced it. Disaster
