Interesting place. I stayed here for one week but I believe even 1 night would have been more than enough. The pictures do not match reality, the place is really outdated with dirty curtains, dirty pillows, old carpets. Wifi weak I was told I cannot use the TV because I booked my stay via Booking.com. It was 7 degrees outside, the room was freezing cold and the receptionist told me they won’t put the heating on until it is below 0 which then, luckily changed after speaking to the owner. The cleaner would not even sometimes make it to my room and when she did, she would just do the bare minimum without actually making the bed or leaving toilet paper in the bathroom. The walls are very thin so you hear people peeing, having sex or even dogs barking all night when the owners decide to have a night out. Some hotel staff are very nice, some do not even bother saying hi to you. I would say the only positive thing about this place is the location, Vinohrady is a nice part of Prague with some good restaurants and coffee shops. I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless they are desperate

Dirty little hotel,no way that it is a 4 star hotel. Yellow- stained pillow, leaky faucet,shower, dirty walls, dark- brown worn out carpet, and you can see the huge stains, dust everywhere, little tv, that has a few channels, not that we cared, but other people might. Elevator does not work, we had to climb to the 3 rd. floor, very small and spiral stairs. There is no safe, instead there is a closet with the key(???) One of the cleaning ladies was drink on the first day, yes, I mean it. She could barely walk, and was touching the walls, and just smiling. Worn out and very old bath towels.Cheapest breakfast that I ever saw anywhere! Scrambled eggs, coffee, watered down orange juice, very few slices of cheese,canned fruit. Front desk employees will not even look at you and say hello. We made the best of it,Prague is a beautiful city,but stay away from this hotel.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at Abri. I will begin with the unpleasant: The wooden beams in the frame of the bed was in a bad condition and when I woke up in the morning, one had fallen down on the floor and was cracked which I never have experienced ever before in a hotel. There were also a lot of black mold in the bathroom and the room was a bit cold. What was good then? Well quite some things actually. The furniture of the room overall was in a nice retro style and I really liked the atmosphere in the room. It was averagely clean and quite sound insulated as well so you wouldn't wake up due to the neighbours. The breakfast had a lot of alternatives as well and most of it was really good. Also the guy in the reception was friendly and helped to point out where to go to head into the city center. Overall, I will only rate this as a number two due to the mold and the bad condition of the bed as the primary service a hotel should provide is a unbroke bed and a clean shower
