Andel's Hotel Prague

We visited Prague for 3 days and really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast is amazing with big selection of continental and cooked breakfast. All the staff are very friendly. Also, had a problem with the AC and they sent a maintenance to fix it at 7:30pm, the technician was extremely friendly and happy to fix it for us. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Prague!

Hotel under construction without notifying the guest upon arrival. In fact, they do not notify anyone when you check in at the front desk. Noise, banging, smells, workers in the hallways. They should notify guests about construction work when the goal of a hotel is to rest and not hear banging, drills, etc.

We stayed here for a few days as we were travelling around. It is quite a large hotel. We were greeted by cheerful staff. Any questions or help needed was always met with a smile. The hotel is very clean. Our room was a very good size with lots of storage. Room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and pillows were wonderful. There is a large, varied and delicious buffet breakfast. There is a bar on the premise that serves varied drinks and a few food options. There is an H&M next door and a mall across the street. It has a large grocery store there too. Transportation is easy to get in this area. We loved our stay here!
