Staff was good. Room size was ok. However there is a serious hygiene issue with this hotel, when I got to bed there was a very bad smell, it came from the pillow. Although the pillow cover was clean, the bellow itself was so dirty and it colors tells a lot. I attached the pictures of the pillow for reference. Definitely I will not book there in the future.

A nice hotel close to tram stops connecting you to the city. The breakfast had the usual buffet experience. Room was large and ample sized bed. Only issue was aircon wasnt particularly effective, but other things worked well.

We have just got back from staying 3 nights at the hotel. Everything was great. Excellent staff, magnificent breakfast and a good price. The bar service was very good and there were free games to play. The late night pizza was a bonus but so was the 3pm late checkout on the Sunday. The hotel is ideally situated next to the underground and also opposite a tram stop taking you directly into the old town. If we come to Prague again we will definitely be staying here.
