Prague Marriott Hotel

Well located hotel. Breakfast isn't very good. It's not worth buying. The hotel has a good gym.

My partner & myself stayed at this supposed 5 star Hotel in Prague for three nights in early July. We were late arriving due to flight delays from Southampton. On arrival we were shown to our room by our tour guide. The room was dull, drab and had no welcoming vibe whatsoever. No coffee maker was provide as has always been the case in all other 5* hotels we have stayed in. Instead what was provided was sachets of stale Nescafé coffee, no coffee creamer or milk in the fridge! When we inquired about milk, we were told it could be provided for a charge. There was no blackout blind, just curtains that did not close fully. The only view was a concrete wall. To make matters worse, each day we had to ask for our room to be made up as it was not done when we came back to the hotel after 6 hours out enjoying Prague. This is NOT a 5* Hotel. As the booking was made by our tour company, we had no choice but to accept it.

This was our second stay at Prague Marriott, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an incredible two-story villa-style suite. It was exceptionally spacious, featuring three separate sitting areas, a dining room, and plenty of room for our family to relax. The suite was spotless and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. The check-in process was quick, efficient, and welcoming. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The M Club was a wonderful perk, offering a good selection of appetizers and beverages in a comfortable setting. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel’s on-site restaurant, where both the food and service were excellent. Parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel, making it very easy if you’re traveling by car. The location is another major highlight. It’s only about a five-minute walk to Prague’s city center and many of the major attractions, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Overall, Prague Marriott delivered another outstanding stay. Excellent accommodations, exceptional service, and a fantastic location make this one of our favorite hotels in Prague. We look forward to returning again.
