Tosca Hotel

Terrible experience at Hotel Tosca. The hotel is very old and extremely dirty. The rooms need urgent renovation: everything looks neglected and poorly maintained. The worst part was that the windows could not be opened, so there was no ventilation. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was broken and, despite reporting it several times at the front desk, they did not provide any solution nor showed any interest in helping us. At night, it was impossible to sleep due to the heat. The room literally turned into a sauna. A very uncomfortable and frustrating stay. I do not recommend it at all and certainly would not return.

The room we were given is a disgrace. Attic without ventilation, over thirty degrees Celsius, without air conditioning. Only with a standing fan. The refrigerator does not work, and the dirt on the carpet and in general is evident. I do not recommend this hotel; it is a stable for animals.

Rude receptionist, won't even respond to your greetings. Bad ventilation, AC won't work, nobody works after 10 PM, so if you are later you have to spend a humid night feeling like a rat trap.
